Founded in 1996 by Chris Niccum, a Purdue University graduate in Ornamental Horticulture, the company began with humble resources and a vision to become Tucson’s leading landscape construction company. Matt Niccum began working at Sonoran Gardens as a laborer, advanced to foreman and construction superintendent, and returned in 2010 as Construction Division Manager. Kira Niccum joined in 2011 as Custom Care Manager with a background in business management and real estate development.
